Justin O’Neal

Justin O’Neal brings 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He joined GFS in 2017 as a Driver and, in 2023, transitioned to the Safety Team, focusing on frontline safety initiatives and emergency response operations.
In addition to his industry experience, Justin has nearly 20 years of service as a first responder, with extensive expertise in hazardous materials (HazMat) operations and emergency management.
Today, Justin serves as the Safety Coordinator for one of GFS’s largest customers, overseeing safety and regulatory compliance across Northern West Virginia, Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Southeastern Ohio. In this role, he is responsible for managing day-to-day safety programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, aligning GFS with customer programs, and supporting operational excellence throughout the region.
