Zachery Reed is the consummate professional with a history of successful business management and decision making. Following early careers in trucking, banking, and the insurance industries, Zachery joined Tommy Shrader and has been an integral part of the upward and outward growth of Gas Field Services for over twelve years.
Placing his fingerprints on the daily operations of all services has allowed Zachery to become a large part of the history and future of Gas Field Services. He is currently responsible for the daily oversight of all service lines carried out by 350 employees across six states. Under his watch, we safely and efficiently operate over 150 water trucks, disposal facilities, construction equipment, and tend over 10,000 wells for our customers.
Larry Cavallo is a technically trained professional who has over thirty years of experience in leadership roles within the exploration and production industry. Those roles include geology, operations and reservoir engineering, business planning, drilling, completion, and production of shallow conventional, coalbed methane, and horizontal Marcellus and Utica wells across the Appalachian, Michigan, and Black Warrior Basins.
Larry is using his experience and considerable Appalachian contacts in a business development and third-party consulting role for Gas Field Services. He serves as Gas Field’s initial point of contact for new customers, on acquisitions, the expansion of its service lines, and as a consultant available for hire in any of his areas of expertise. Stephanie Shrader is an unwavering administrative professional whose education and background drive her to provide quality service and support to our customers every day. Following successful roles in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, and food service industries, Stephanie joined Gas Field Services in 2006 and has been instrumental in both forming the foundation and further development of the company.

Mickie Breeding is a loyal and trustworthy administrative professional with a proven track record in business office management. Following administrative roles in the medical and retail industries, Mickie joined Tommy Shrader at the inception of Gas Field Services and has been a guiding force in the administration of our business office since 2004.

Denise Marshall is a career accounting professional with a varied background in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administration that exceeds twenty-five years. She has worked in private, public, and government sectors and has held roles within payroll, tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and the compilation of financial reports and statements.
Denise is responsible for general accounting and bookkeeping functions at Gas Field Services and is part of the administrative team at the Rosedale headquarters in charge of the functions listed above as well as the maintenance of customer reports, tracking, payroll, and human resources. Millicent Carter joined the Gas Field Services team after thirteen years of being a successful business owner where she developed proven leadership and motivational abilities. She brings a positive attitude, proficient computer skills, and impeccable organizational qualities to the company.
Millicent oversees Gas Field Services’ state-of-the-art dispatch center. Her responsibilities include examining daily dispatch, monitoring GPS tracking, reporting utilization of our commercial vehicles, and maintaining the filing system for bills of laden. She manages all data entry and submission of daily billing reports and is becoming increasingly more involved with weekly invoicing. Jerry Hamilton is a Professional/Authorized Safety Instructor with over forty years of experience in safety and environmental compliance aspects of the Appalachian Basin coal and oil and gas industries. Additional experience in site construction and reclamation, engineering and planning, operations management, drilling, completion, production, and midstream operation of coalbed methane, shallow conventional, and horizontal shale wells throughout Appalachia provide Jerry the tools needed to be a very effective safety and environmental professional.
Jerry’s vast knowledge and experience is essential in supervising, administering, and instructing of Gas Field Services’ safety and environmental programs. Jerry serves as our main point of contact for our customers on all safety and environmental related training and places a great deal of emphasis on incident prevention and employee ownership and accountability. James Cutright is an experienced safety professional who is extremely knowledgeable on the application of OSHA and EPA regulations, safe work practices, communications, training, and hazard recognition, particularly as they pertain to the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Gas Field, he has worked extensively with pipeline and compressor stations, well operations, and machine shop personnel.
James is using his background to coordinate safety and environmental programs for Gas Field Services. He handles day to day safety and environmental compliance in the field, supervises work procedures, makes site visits and job audits, conducts safety meetings and training, and generally helps to ensure that our employees and our customers are safely performing their job. Bernie Dearth is a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and over thirty years of experience in the coal trucking, transportation, oil and gas, environmental services, and water hauling businesses. He has been the owner/operator of family owned trucking companies and general manager of several oil and gas service companies with a primary focus on hiring, planning, and daily operations on the trucking segments of those companies. Throughout his career Bernie has developed a multitude of sales and business contacts across the coal, oil and gas, and trucking industries.
Bernie is putting his trucking experience to use as the General Manager of Gas Field Services’ trucking division in northcentral West Virginia, southwest Pennsylvania, and southeast Ohio. Jason Eager is a dedicated professional with nearly fifteen years of experience in the Appalachian oil and gas industry. He began with a national provider of pressure pumping services where he worked initially as a driver on cementing, fracturing, and coil tubing crews before working up to operator of each service line and later as a field service representative and customer account manager.
The training he received early in his career has given him a great foundation and strong background for daily operational use at Gas Field Services. Progressing quickly from a water truck driver to trucking supervisor, he is adept at handling employee and truck scheduling, dispatching, report generation, inventory and process controls, and the training and mentoring of new drivers and supervisors. Kati Eager is a conscientious and hard-working professional with a background in the banking, insurance, and medical fields. That background has sharply honed her attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal communication, ability to multi-task, and data management skills.
Kati is an important part of Gas Field’s administrative team and is positioned to work very closely each day with the drivers and their supervisors on reporting and other administrative functions. Her main role is to ensure accuracy in hauling records which translates directly to accurate reporting and billing to our customers. Her other administrative duties include a variety of reporting, logging driver hours and other payroll duties, and assisting the drivers with human resource related needs.
Autumn Rittenhouse is a driven and focused professional with a background in the nursing, customer service, and driver handling and dispatching fields. That background has prepared her well for her many duties at Gas Field Services.
Autumn is quickly becoming an integral piece of Gas Field’s administrative team. She works very closely with the drivers and their supervisors on reporting and other administrative functions. She assists the drivers and other administrative personnel to ensure accuracy in hauling records, reporting, and ultimately with billing to our customers.
Chris Boggs has fourteen years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a water truck operator. His truck driving and supervision skills have been developed across all phases of Appalachian well activities including drilling, completions, midstream, and production water hauling.
Chris is using his experience and knowledge as a trucking shift supervisor in the northern district. Job duties include truck pushing, dispatching, and placing emphasis on safe and compliant operations to all facets of our water hauling logistics. Chris also serves as one point of contact to ensure our customer’s needs are met.
Chris Wade has over thirty years of experience in the high-pressure industrial cleaning and oil and gas industries, both which greatly enhanced his skillset as a commercial driver. The most recent ten of those years have been spent as an oil and gas truck driver or in truck driving supervisory positions.
Chris is a trucking supervisor at Gas Field Services and is heavily involved in the day to day oversight, management, and safe field operations of our water hauling in the northern district. His experience and background are very helpful in managing relations between our truck drivers and customer representatives, and he has become an integral part of our dispatching and scheduling efforts.
Monte McReynolds has nearly fifteen years of experience in completion, production, cementing, and special services in the oil and gas industry. Eleven of those years have been in various leadership positions.
Monte is a trucking supervisor and is currently tasked with day to day oversight, management, and safe operations of a large segment of our water hauling in the northern district. His experience and background are a welcome addition to the business unit, helping it grow while maintaining the quality of service that exceeds the expectations of our customers.
Scott Sias is a seasoned veteran of Appalachia based oil & gas trucking companies. With thirty years of experience in the trucking industry, Scott has successfully managed various oil and gas service company trucking operations including water hauling, sand trucking, heavy haul rig moves, and hotshot operations. Scott also successfully managed the start-up phase of two rapidly growing companies with multiple terminals.
Scott is working closely with the Gas Field Services management team and drivers, using his extensive background, knowledge, and experience to help retain quality drivers, assure the trucking operations continue to grow in a safe and efficient manner, and working closely with our customer’s representatives to ensure they are getting quality service.
Ofie Helmick is an experienced professional with nearly forty years in the Appalachian Basin oil and gas industry. He has worked on the drilling, pipelining, and production of shallow conventional, coalbed methane, and horizontal Marcellus Shale wells. On the construction side of things, Ofie has been involved in site building and reclamation, compressor and other facility installations, and slip repairs. Further, Ofie spent eleven year with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection as an inspector.
At Gas Field Services, Ofie manages the contract well tending and general roustabout work and is responsible for the trucking fleet maintenance. Ofie’s goal with Gas Field is to continue to grow the production division while maintaining its position as the safest and most environmentally compliant production group in Appalachia. Matthew Hilton is a very highly qualified truck and automotive technician with over 25 years of experience. He has exceptional knowledge in efficient shop management, inventory control, truck repair, heavy equipment repair, and oil field services.
Matt oversees the maintenance and quality care program for our entire fleet of commercial vehicles as the Shop Foreman/Maintenance Supervisor at Gas Field Services. His diligence in taking care of our oversized loads and maintaining our commercial vehicles, light/medium duty trucks, and heavy equipment is second to none and one of the main reasons we are always there for our customers.
Roger Shupe has widely varied oil and gas field experience in southern West Virginia, southwest Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and eastern Tennessee. He’s been a truck driver, construction equipment operator, drilling rig and service rig hand, compressor technician, and has been involved in some form of general oilfield operations for nearly thirty years.
Roger’s varied experience is invaluable to Gas Field Services where is responsible for the operations of all our services in our southern district. Whether you need water hauling, well location and road construction, heavy hauling, compressor operations and maintenance, or pipeline and compressor station construction Roger will manage your work with safety and environmental compliance as his top priorities.
Ricky Osborne has over thirty years of experience in welding fabrication and supervision, and the well tending, pipelining, and compression of shallow conventional, coalbed methane, and horizontal Marcellus Shale wells across Appalachia.
Ricky values safe operations and is using his vast leadership experience in a Production Supervisor roll for Gas Field Services where he supervises well tenders and compression technicians in our southern district.
Prior to joining Gas Field Services, Terry Moore owned and operated a successful residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning business. As owner of his own business, he was solely responsible for sales, service, profits, and employee management.
Terry brought the mechanical and people skills he gained in business with him to Gas Field Services starting as a well tender. It didn’t take long for his mechanical skills to be recognized and Roger was quickly made mechanic followed by mechanic supervisor. He has been with us for nearly ten years supervises a crew of mechanics responsible for the repair and maintenance of our customer’s gas compressors in southern West Virginia.
Perry Tilley is a former coal miner with approximately thirty years of experience in underground mining operations. As a former miner, Perry fully understands the value of safety, environmental compliance, and effective team dynamics and strives to promote all three with his team.
Perry brought those learnings to Gas Field and now has over ten years experience as a Production Supervisor in the southern district. He manages the well tending and monthly production of approximately 500 wells and seven compressors with a goal of increased production each month.
Greg Phillips has an exemplary background in the Oil and Gas industry exceeding 10 years. He has experience in production of shallow oil and gas wells, vertical and horizontal coalbed methane wells, and hands on experience with gas compression. Greg has developed a vast array of effective problem solving skills which are extremely valuable at keeping production at optimum levels and peak efficiencies for our customers.
At Gas Field Services, Greg has progressed to become one of our finest Production Supervisors and crew leaders. He is responsible for overseeing safe and efficient well tending and compressor operations in southern West Virginia.
