Gas Field Services, LLC Announces Strategic Acquisition of Equipment Transport, LLC

Gas Field Services, LLC is pleased to announce its third strategic acquisition since 2019.  With an effective date of October 31, 2023, Gas Field Services is acquiring Equipment Transport, LLC, an energy service provider based in Carlisle, PA and a subsidiary of Pilot Water Solutions.  Like the two previous acquisitions, this transaction will bring significant expansions to our employee roster, our geographic footprint, and our equipment inventory.

With the acquisition, Gas Field Services will be adding over 60 trucks to its fleet, approximately 150 employees, and 7 new service locations.  Gas Field will be gaining the corporate office in Carlisle, PA and a modern service center in Washington, PA as well as locations in Carrollton, Steubenville, Barnesville, Newcomerstown, and Marietta, Ohio.  The employees range from drivers, supervisors, mechanics, dispatchers, and administrative personnel.
